A plan in November,
not a bill in April.
Business and personal returns prepared by the partner who planned them. You know the number months before it is due.

Everything a return needs, and the year around it.
We prepare federal and state returns for owners, their families and their businesses, and we plan the year before it ends, when there is still time to change the number.
- Federal and state returns, e-filed
- Quarterly estimates calculated and calendared
- A planning call every November
- IRS and state notices answered, included in the fee

How a tax year runs
- 1
November
Planning call: income so far, moves worth making before December 31.
- 2
January
Your document checklist arrives in the portal, personalised to last year.
- 3
March
Draft return, reviewed with your partner on a call.
- 4
April
Signed and filed. Next year's estimates go on your calendar.
What to set aside each quarter
Two quick estimates from the figures you already know. Your partner confirms both at the first consultation.
Revenue minus expenses, before your own draws.
Wages, interest, a spouse’s pay on a joint return.
Withholding from wages plus estimates paid so far.
Pay each quarter
Estimated tax for the year
- Taxable income
- Self-employment tax
- Federal income tax
- Already withheld or paid
- Still to pay
Payment dates
- Apr 15, 20261st payment
- Jun 15, 20262nd payment
- Sep 15, 20263rd payment
- Jan 15, 20274th payment
An estimate for planning, not tax advice. It leaves out credits, the QBI deduction, state tax and anything else particular to you. Your partner works out the real figure with you.
Tax fees
Fixed per year. Your letter sets the figure before we start.
Personal

Owner
Your business return and your personal return, planned together.
- 1065 or 1120-S and your 1040
- K-1s for every partner
- Reasonable-salary review
- Two planning calls a year
Additional states $250 each. Prior-year returns quoted on scope.
“I moved from an S-corp I didn't need to one that saves me eleven thousand a year. They raised it in November, not April.”

Questions clients ask
What do I need to send you?
Your portal checklist lists it, personalised to last year's return. Most clients upload everything in January.
Can you file an extension?
Yes, and we plan the payment with it. An extension moves the filing date, not the date you owe.
Do you handle IRS notices?
Yes. Responses to notices on returns we prepared are included in the fee.
Do you prepare prior-year returns?
Yes. We quote them on scope after we see what's missing.
