Terms of Service
The terms that apply to using this site and to anything bought through it. Last updated 1 February 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
This site and the products sold through it are operated by CODE PULSE IO SRL, trading as Studio Nope. Written questions about anything on this page go to hello@studionope.com.
By using this site, or by buying any product from Studio Nope, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site and do not buy the products.
2. What is sold here
Three kinds of thing
- HubSpot themes. Sold through the HubSpot Marketplace and directly.
- Browser extensions. Developer tools, which may carry their own separate terms.
- Templates and digital assets.
Where a product has its own terms, those apply to that product in addition to this page, and where the two conflict the product terms win.
3. Your licence
Themes
- One licence covers one HubSpot portal.
- The licence is perpetual: the version you bought stays yours.
- It includes updates and bug fixes to that product.
- Email support covers installation and configuration.
Extensions
- One licence covers one device at a time.
- The term is one year from purchase, renewable.
A staging portal and a live portal are two portals. An agency building for a client should buy the licence in the client portal, so that at handover it is already where it belongs and nothing has to be transferred.
4. What you may do
- Use the product for personal or commercial projects.
- Modify the product for your own use.
- Build sites for yourself or for clients, one portal per licence.
- Use it in an agency setting for client work, on the same one-portal-per-licence basis.
Modules you write yourself against the theme tokens are yours. You keep them, name them and sell them.
5. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or share the product files.
- Use one theme licence across several HubSpot portals.
- Build a product for sale out of the files.
Changing a theme file for a client build is permitted and expected. Publishing the source, putting it in a public repository, or shipping it inside a product of your own is not.
6. Refunds
The window
There is a fourteen-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, on all products.
What has to be true
- The request is made within fourteen days of purchase.
- You have not breached these terms.
- For themes: the product is not already live on a public website.
- For extensions: the standard fourteen-day window applies.
How to ask
Email hello@studionope.com with the subject line Refund Request, the order number or the email address used for the purchase, and a sentence on why. We reply within one to two business days, and an approved refund is processed within five to ten business days to the original payment method.
For purchases made through the HubSpot Marketplace, the refund process HubSpot runs applies instead of this one.
7. Ending it
You can stop using a product at any time. We may revoke a licence for a breach of these terms, and where a licence is revoked for a breach no refund is given.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. A change takes effect when it is posted here, and the date at the top of this page is the date of the last one. Continuing to use the site or the products after a change means you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bucharest.
