Community & Pro Bono
Access to justice should never depend on circumstance. Our pro bono program is a core part of who we are — every attorney dedicates meaningful time to serving individuals and families who cannot afford legal representation.
Free representation for those who need it most
Since 2008, we have partnered with the Philadelphia Legal Aid Society to provide free representation in housing, employment, and family law matters. Our attorneys handle eviction defense, wage theft claims, and custody disputes for families who would otherwise face the legal system alone.
Last year alone, our pro bono work prevented 47 wrongful evictions and recovered over $380,000 in unpaid wages for low-income workers.
Serving those who served us
Every month, our attorneys staff a free legal clinic dedicated to veterans. We assist with disability benefits claims, housing disputes, VA appeals, and discharge upgrades — issues that disproportionately affect those who have served.
Many veterans return from service to find the legal system as challenging to navigate as any battlefield. Our clinic ensures they have skilled counsel at no cost.
Building the next generation of advocates
Our mentorship program pairs attorneys with law students and high school students from underserved communities. Participants shadow our attorneys, attend court proceedings, and receive guidance on academic and career paths in law.
We also host quarterly community workshops on tenant rights, estate planning basics, and small business legal essentials — making legal knowledge accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford an attorney.
“Their pro bono program gave my family the legal help we desperately needed. Without them, we would have lost our home. They treated us with the same respect and dedication as any paying client.”
