About our firm
We handle a wide range of legal matters including business litigation, family law, real estate transactions, criminal defense, estate planning, personal injury, and employment law. Our team of experienced attorneys covers most areas of civil and criminal practice.
Our firm has a team of dedicated attorneys and legal professionals. This allows us to provide the personal attention of a smaller practice while having the resources and expertise to handle complex cases across multiple practice areas.
Our attorneys have over 25 years of combined legal experience. We have a proven track record of successful outcomes in both litigation and transactional matters, with deep roots in the communities we serve.
Yes. While our primary office is in Philadelphia, we serve clients throughout Pennsylvania and in neighboring states. For certain federal matters and specialized cases, we can represent clients nationwide. We also offer virtual consultations for your convenience.
Meeting with us
You can schedule a consultation by calling our office, filling out the contact form on our website, or sending us an email. Our team will respond within one business day to arrange a time that works for you.
Bring any documents related to your matter — contracts, court papers, police reports, correspondence, medical records, or financial statements. A written timeline of key events and a list of questions will also help us make the most of your consultation.
Yes. We offer consultations via video conference and phone for clients who prefer the convenience of meeting remotely. Virtual consultations are just as thorough as in-person meetings and are available for most practice areas.
Absolutely. Everything you share with us during a consultation is protected by attorney-client privilege, even if you decide not to retain our firm. You can speak freely about your situation knowing your information is fully protected.
Understanding costs
We offer several fee arrangements depending on the type of case: hourly rates for ongoing advisory work, flat fees for straightforward matters like document review or uncontested proceedings, and contingency fees for qualifying personal injury and certain civil cases where we only get paid if you win.
For most hourly engagements, we do require an initial retainer. This is deposited into a client trust account and applied against legal fees as work is performed. We provide detailed monthly statements so you always know how your retainer is being used.
Yes. We understand that legal costs can be a concern, and we work with clients to create manageable payment arrangements. We'll discuss fee options during your initial consultation to find a structure that fits your budget.
A contingency fee means you pay no upfront legal fees. Instead, our fee is a percentage of the amount recovered in your case. If we don't win, you don't pay attorney fees. This arrangement is available for personal injury, certain employment cases, and other qualifying matters.
Our legal services
Our core practice areas include business and commercial litigation, family law and divorce, real estate law, criminal defense, estate planning and probate, personal injury, and employment law. Each area is led by attorneys with deep experience in that field.
Yes. Our firm has attorneys experienced in both civil and criminal law. Whether you're facing a business dispute, a family matter, or criminal charges, we have the expertise to represent you effectively.
Yes. Several of our attorneys are admitted to practice in federal courts and have experience handling federal litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and regulatory matters at the federal level.
Complex matters often cross practice areas — for example, a business dispute may involve contract law, real estate, and employment issues. Our team collaborates across practice areas to provide comprehensive representation, so you get the benefit of multiple specialists working on your case.
What to expect
Timelines vary significantly by case type and complexity. A simple contract review may take days, while complex litigation can extend over a year or more. During your consultation, we'll provide a realistic estimate based on the specifics of your situation.
We believe in proactive communication. You'll receive regular updates via your preferred method — email, phone, or in-person meetings. We also respond to client inquiries within one business day. You'll always know where your case stands.
It depends on your case. Many matters are resolved through negotiation, mediation, or settlement without a court appearance. If court appearances are necessary, your attorney will prepare you thoroughly and be by your side every step of the way.
If a fair settlement cannot be reached, our attorneys are experienced trial lawyers prepared to take your case to court. We'll discuss the risks and benefits of going to trial and ensure you're fully informed before making any decisions.
