What does it cost to sell with Calder & Main?

Our commission is 2.5% of the sale price, paid at closing. Staging, photos, video and the 3D tour are included.

Should I renovate before I sell?

Usually not. Paint, light fixtures and landscaping pay for themselves; kitchens and baths rarely do. We'll tell you which is which on the walk-through.

Can I buy and sell at the same time?

Yes. We time the two closings together, and our lenders offer bridge loans when the dates don't line up.

How do you price my home?

From the last 90 days of sales on your street and the ones around it, adjusted for size, condition and lot. Lauren reviews every price by hand.
