Tell us about your pet and a few times that work for you. For sick pets or anything urgent, please call us directly so we can see you sooner.
A team member confirms every request by phone or email. Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel a visit.
Before your visit
A few notes so your appointment goes smoothly:
- New patients. Bring any prior medical records and a current vaccine history if you have them. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can set up a file for your pet.
- Keeping everyone calm. Dogs on a short leash, cats and small pets in a secure carrier. It keeps the waiting area settled for nervous animals.
- Rescheduling. Plans change — let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the slot to another pet. There's no fee.
- Sick or urgent visits. If your pet needs to be seen today, call (503) 555-0142 and we'll do our best to fit you in.
- After hours. For emergencies when we're closed, our voicemail lists the nearest 24/7 emergency hospital.

Last appointments are booked 30 minutes before close. Sundays are reserved for our after-hours emergency referral line.
