Do you accept new patients?

Yes — we welcome adults and children of all ages. Booking takes 5 minutes online or by phone, and most new patients are seen within 7–10 days.
What insurance plans do you accept?

We accept all major commercial plans (Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare) plus Medicare. Coverage details are confirmed before your visit so there are no surprises.
How do I book a same-day appointment?

Call our front desk before 11am Monday–Saturday. We hold urgent slots back every morning specifically for same-day acute care — sore throats, infections, injuries, and anything else that can't wait.
Do you offer telehealth visits?

Yes. Most follow-ups, medication refills, and minor concerns can be handled via secure video. Telehealth visits are billed the same as in-person and covered by most insurance.
What about after-hours care?

Our nurse advice line is staffed 24/7 for established patients. For emergencies, head to the nearest ER — your records are integrated with both UCSF and Sutter so the care team there can see everything.
