Every engagement has a fixed fee agreed in writing before we start. It covers the work in your letter, calls and emails included. If the work grows, we agree a new figure before we do it.

Who will I work with?

A named partner who signs your returns and a senior accountant who knows your file. You meet your partner at the first consultation.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, from the partner on your file or the accountant who works with them.

Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes. We ask for last year’s returns and your books, and we handle the handover letter.
