Before you write
Questions we get first.
Most run six weeks. A systems piece can run twelve. We will tell you which on the first call.
Delivery, yes. The first week is always on site, because a map drawn over video is a map of what people say happens.
Sometimes. Below about twenty the problem is usually not process, and we will say so.
Access to the people doing the work, for a week. That is the only hard requirement.
Fixed fee, agreed before we start, based on scope rather than hours. You get the number in writing after the first call and it does not move unless the scope does.
