“We didn't want six different consultants and a GC. Meridian's design-build model put everyone — architects, engineers, cost team, builders — under one accountable lead. The handover pack was the cleanest we've ever received.”
Comprehensive Construction Solutions
Design, delivery, and management — the full stack of capabilities our clients lean on to take a project from raw site to handover, on schedule and on budget.
We Plan, We Build,
We Deliver
From the first feasibility study to the final commissioning report, Meridian Build operates as one accountable partner. We bring planning, engineering, construction, and management under a single roof — so every decision is made with the next phase already in view.
What We Provide
-
01
Project Design
Concept-to-permitting design coordination, with engineering, sustainability, and constructability baked in from day one. We design what we know we can build.
-
02
Construction Management
End-to-end management of schedule, budget, safety, and quality — one accountable partner from groundbreaking through handover.
-
03
Site Evaluation
Geotechnical, environmental, and feasibility studies that de-risk every site decision before the first dollar is spent on construction.
-
04
Engineering Consulting
Structural, civil, MEP, and sustainability advisory — embedded with your design team or independent peer review when you need a second set of eyes.
-
05
Cost Modeling
Parametric and detailed cost modeling at every design stage. Numbers early, accurately, and tied to the design choices that drive them.
-
06
Construction
Self-perform and trade-managed delivery across civil works, structural, MEP, and interiors. Crews, equipment, and supervision under one roof.
Six principles that shape every project
Our delivery model is built around predictability — for owners, lenders, and the people who eventually use the building.
-
Single Point of Accountability
One named director owns your programme end-to-end. No handoffs between phases, no finger-pointing when issues arise.
-
Design-Build Integration
Designers and builders sit on the same team from week one. Constructability and cost feedback are baked into design, not bolted on after.
-
Transparent Cost Modeling
Open-book budgeting at every gate. Owners see the real numbers behind every line item, not a sealed lump sum.
-
Safety-First Site Culture
Industry-leading TRIR. Daily toolbox talks, weekly walkthroughs, and a stop-work authority every worker on site can exercise without question.
-
Sustainability by Default
Low-carbon material specs, embodied carbon tracking, and operational energy modeling on every project — not just the ones chasing certification.
-
Digital Delivery
BIM-coordinated models, drone progress capture, and a single client dashboard that replaces the weekly status email.
From $20m fit-outs to multi-site programmes
Most clients sit between $20m and $150m on a single project, but our largest programmes have crossed half a billion across multiple sites. We staff to the project — a 12-person fit-out team and a 200-person infrastructure team draw from the same playbook, the same safety culture, and the same delivery standards.
If you have a brief, a budget, and a date — we can tell you within a week whether we're the right fit.

What clients say after the keys change hands
“Open-book pricing was the differentiator. We saw every subcontractor bid, every contingency draw, every line item. By month nine we trusted the numbers more than we trusted our own QS.”
“They picked up a project in distress at week 14 and still hit the original handover date. The 30-day audit they ran before signing the recovery agreement saved us from a much worse decision.”
Common questions about how we work
-
Do you self-perform or sub-contract the work?
Both. Civil works, structural concrete, and selected MEP packages are typically self-performed. Specialist trades — facade, vertical transportation, IT — are tendered through our pre-qualified supply chain. The mix is decided per project, not by policy.
-
Can you join a project that's already underway?
Yes. Roughly a fifth of our work is rescue or takeover, where the original delivery team has been displaced. We run a structured 30-day audit — schedule, contracts, quality, payment status — before committing to a new completion date.
-
How is sustainability priced into the budget?
Embodied carbon and operational energy targets are set at brief stage and tracked through every cost gate. Low-carbon specs sometimes cost more upfront and almost always cost less across the lifecycle — we model both numbers so the choice is informed.
-
What's your typical project size?
Most clients sit between $20m and $150m on a single project. We've delivered both smaller fit-outs and large multi-site programmes north of $500m.
-
Where do you work?
Fourteen countries to date. Offices anchor four regions; standing teams travel to the project. We don't operate where we don't have local supply-chain depth.
-
How fast do you reply to a tender or RFI?
Within one business day for any named contact. Tenders are acknowledged same day with a confirmed response date.
