Brooklyn HQ — anchoring our Eastern Seaboard practice
Our 2003 expansion office, now home to 112 staff across project delivery, engineering, sustainability, and corporate functions. Active programmes across NY, NJ, MA, IL, TX, and AB. Standing self-perform crews based out of Bushwick and Newark for fast mobilisation across the metro.
The Brooklyn studio runs the firm's apprenticeship programme for the Eastern Seaboard, with intakes every September from CUNY, Pratt, and the Helene Fuld College of Nursing's facilities-engineering pathway.
London, Manchester, Hamburg — three studios, one practice
The UK studios were the first international expansion (London 2007, Manchester 2014). Hamburg followed in 2019 to anchor our Continental European work, particularly in transport and aviation. Combined headcount: 168 across delivery, engineering, and sustainability.
Active programmes across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Ireland. The Manchester studio runs the firm's most established apprenticeship pipeline, with 47 active apprentices on rotation and a 92% chartership-completion rate over the last five years.
Singapore — our youngest studio, anchoring APAC delivery
Opened in 2022, Singapore now houses 60 staff and is our hub for projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Australia. The studio is purpose-built around tropical-climate construction methods and the procurement realities of APAC's commercial sector.
Three active programmes, two more in tender. Our APAC apprenticeship intake started in 2024 in partnership with the BCA Academy and ITE College Central.
