We have offices in five cities and standing crews on three continents. No private-equity buyout, no merger that flattened the culture, no chase for headcount at the expense of craft. Today the partnership is 14-strong, half of whom started as graduate engineers, project coordinators, or trades on a Meridian site. Former trades supervisor; still spends one week a month on a live jobsite. History ## Three decades, in five chapters. - ### 1995 Founded by two engineers and an architect. First project: a brewery fit-out in the founders' home city. - ### 2003 First international programme. Opened the firm's second studio and grew the partnership from three to seven. - ### 2010 Launched our in-house sustainability practice. First lifecycle-carbon report published the following year. - ### 2017 Major aviation programme delivered on a fixed-cost basis. Hit zero lost-time incidents across 1.4M site-hours. - ### 2022 Cross-laminated timber commitments embedded in every commercial brief.
