Here is how modular framing got us there. ## Choosing a modular partner We evaluated four prefabricators on tolerances, freight logistics, and on-site crane sequencing. The winner was the team that gave us the most honest answers about what could go wrong, not the team with the glossiest deck. ## Tolerances matter The hardest lesson was that 6mm of accumulated tolerance per floor compounds quickly.
