What it costs
Session and package rates, what each one covers, and the extras that go on top. Commercial and editorial work is priced from the brief.
Time on the day, editing by hand and a gallery you keep sit inside every booking. Everything else scales with the shoot.
Every enquiry comes back as an estimate with the lines written out — hours of coverage, edited frames, delivery, travel. The figure you sign is the figure you pay.
Sessions and packages
These are the figures a booking starts from. Longer days, extra locations and larger crews are priced from the same list, and the estimate shows every line before you sign anything.

What the price always covers
-
A planning call
We talk through the day, the light and the timings before anyone picks up a camera.
-
Editing by hand
Every frame you receive is graded by hand, so skin tones and the light in the room stay the way they looked.
-
A private gallery
Your images land in a gallery you can download from, print from and share.
-
Files you can use
High-resolution files and a written licence covering where the images can run.
Booking, plainly
-
A deposit of 30% holds the date and comes off the final invoice. The balance falls due two weeks before the shoot. Dates go on a first-deposit basis, so an enquiry on its own does not hold one.
-
Yes, once, to any open date inside a year of the original booking. Your deposit moves with it. If the new date is already taken we put you in touch with photographers we work with and refund the deposit in full.
-
Travel inside 60 miles of the studio is in the price. Past that we bill mileage at cost, plus flights and a room when the day starts before the first train. Every travel line appears on the estimate before you sign.
-
A short preview lands within a week. Portrait galleries follow in two weeks and weddings in three. Editorial and commercial delivery is set against your deadline when we quote. Rush delivery is an add-on.
-
We hold the copyright and you hold a licence. Portrait and wedding clients can print, hang and post their images anywhere personal. Commercial licences are written to the media, territory and term you need, and are priced with the estimate.

Tell us what it is. Most bookings sit inside these packages, and anything past them gets a written quote before we go ahead.
