In-house lab and pricing transparency

Transparent costs, before the visit.

Every price is quoted upfront — at booking, never on a surprise bill. Most insured visits cost nothing out of pocket. For everything else, we publish our cash rates so you can decide before you walk in.

Insurance

Have insurance? Most visits are fully covered.

We're in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare. Preventive visits, screening labs, and most vaccines are typically covered at $0 out-of-pocket. We verify coverage before you book and quote any expected copay or deductible in writing — never a surprise bill after the fact.

Billing FAQ

The questions we hear most about cost.

  • Do I pay at the visit or get billed later?

For cash patients, payment is collected at check-in. For insured patients, you pay any expected copay at check-in; coinsurance or deductible amounts are billed after the claim is processed (usually within 2–3 weeks). We always quote what you'll owe before you book.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — any balance over $250 can be split into 3 or 6 monthly payments, interest-free. Just ask the front desk at check-in or call billing afterward. No credit check, no fees.

  • Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?

Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards for any service the IRS qualifies as a medical expense — visits, labs, vaccines, procedures, and most supplies. We provide itemized receipts for reimbursement claims.

  • What's your refund policy?

If you cancel more than 24 hours before a visit, the full payment is refunded. If you're charged for a service we didn't deliver, or there's a billing error, we refund within 5 business days — no forms to fill out, just call.

  • What happens if my insurance changes mid-year?

Send us the new card and we'll re-verify coverage before your next visit. If we're out-of-network on the new plan, we'll tell you upfront and offer the cash rate or help you find an in-network provider — we won't run claims that won't pay.
