  • How quickly will you reply?

    Portal messages get a same-day reply during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm). Form submissions and emails are answered within one business day.

  • Do you do telehealth visits?

    Yes. Established patients can book a video visit through the portal. New patients are seen in person for the first visit, then telehealth is available for most follow-ups.

  • What if I have a medical emergency?

    Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent-but-not-emergency questions after hours, call our main line and you'll be routed to the on-call clinician.

  • Can I message my doctor directly?

    Yes — every established patient has direct portal-message access to their doctor. Replies are usually within a few hours during business days.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    We don't take unscheduled walk-ins, but we hold same-day urgent slots every morning. Call before 11am and we'll fit you in for an in-person or telehealth visit that day.
