We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will lead design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, working closely with our clients and development team to create exceptional digital products. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, from innovative startups to established enterprises.
Key responsibilities.
Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research and translate insights into designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
Stay current with design trends and best practices
What we are looking for.
You have taken digital products from a brief to a shipped interface and can walk us through the decisions
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Expert in Figma, with experience in prototyping tools
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working with development teams
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects
Nice to have (but not required).
Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience in agency or consultancy environment
Familiarity with HubSpot CMS or similar platforms
