## Frequently asked questions

What types of projects do you take on?

We work across residential, commercial, and hospitality design. From private homes and penthouses to restaurants, offices, and boutique hotels — if it involves shaping a space, we're interested.

How does the design process work?

Every project begins with a conversation. From there we move through four phases: Listen (understanding your vision), Envision (developing the concept), Create (detailed design and execution), and Refine (perfecting every detail). We keep you involved at every stage.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. A single-room redesign might take 6-8 weeks. A full residential project typically runs 3-6 months. Large commercial projects can take 6-12 months. We'll give you a clear timeline during our initial consultation.

Do you work with clients outside New York and Paris?

Absolutely. While our studios are in New York and Paris, we've completed projects in over 30 cities worldwide. We travel to wherever the project is and maintain close communication throughout.

What is your pricing structure?

We offer both fixed-fee and percentage-based pricing depending on the project. Every engagement starts with a paid initial consultation where we define scope, timeline, and budget together. No surprises.

Can you work with my existing architect or contractor?

Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, builders, and specialist craftspeople. We're also happy to recommend trusted partners from our network if you need them.
